Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year customer service experience required (retail or call center).
  • Must possess effective verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management due to operational needs.
  • Must be flexible and able to work weekends, and occasionally after hours and on weekends.
